This building was designed and constructed to bring together the subsidiary companies of Behshahr Industrial Development Company—one of the largest industrial holding companies in the country—within a structure comprising five basement levels and 25 floors above ground.
The building's main facilities include executive management offices and their associated spaces, an entire floor dedicated to the Board of Directors, a 180-seat auditorium accompanied by smaller multipurpose halls for meetings and training classes, a kitchen, a restaurant, and the required parking facilities.
Open-plan workspaces and flexibility in spatial organization are among the key design features of the administrative areas.
One of the earliest comprehensive Building Management Systems (BMS) was designed and implemented as part of this project.
Other technical features of the building include a prefabricated steel structure with bolted connections, the use of drywall construction systems, and a lightweight curtain wall façade. Additionally, the project incorporated ceramic façade tiles installed using a dry installation method on the building's base volume, marking the first application of this technique in the country.
